I especially like the section where you speak of marketing to your own niche rather than everyone. Reminds me of ‘pick your battles, win the war’. I would prefer to have competitors rather than ‘enemies’ but the simplicity of the infographic is like having your own cheerleading chorus…1-2-3 =Sis Boom Bah

Having a voice is really important, especially since social customer service is growing everyday. Being able to take care of a customer on your own social network is more effective, and can also make your brand look more caring and credible.
