Love this infographic! So many brands use social media as a way to push out their message, but don’t use it as a platform to build with their customer base. Worse still, some do not think it’s important to respond to customer complaints through social media.

The customer experience is never-ending these days. It can be a headache, but as you show in the infographic, it offers a tremendous amount of opportunity to establish loyalty, encourage advocacy, and increase sales.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the infographic Sean! It’s so true – it’s never-ending, but is one of the most rewarding ways to build and sustain a loyal customer base. For me, checking on my accounts and chatting with followers is one of my favorite times of the day!
