It stands to reason not everyone will succeed at everything they do. We are human beings. We make mistakes. We do not always succeed. We try and fail and try again. It is not the successes which define us, it is our failures. How many times do we get back up and try again? That is our true measure of success. If everything came easy to everyone who tried it, we would value nothing. That’s my point. Trying and failing is what makes us try harder and achieve not only what we hope to achieve, but also what we never expected to achieve. Sometimes it helps if we can look at the troubles someone else is having and apply it to our own life. If you want to succeed you need only apply yourself, no matter how many times it takes to get it right.

And you might do everything right, and still fall off.

Bottom line is you must stop yourself from freaking out as you fight to stay on. Just accept you’re going to fall off every now and then. It’s fine because you’re supposed to fall down – it’s part of the journey. (But no one said you had to lay there in the fetal position.)
When you find yourself face down in the mud, your growth comes from how fast you get up,
There are many stages of failing at self-improvement and I thought I’d share a few (I’m not making light of your challenges, I’m trying to make you see – it’s part of the process – you’re doing just fine!)…
